On Sunday night June 1, 2015 our washing machine stuck on "fill." I woke at midnight to find over half the home filled with a half inch of water. I immediately called SERVPRO Northwest Fresno. The owner and his technician arrived before 1AM and all the water was removed by 2. They stayed until 6AM removing baseboards making sure that fans and dehumidifiers were in place and that all furniture was out of harms way.

We came home after vacation to find our toilet had been running and had flooded most of our house. We called SERVPRO of Fresno Northwest,the owner was excellent in his directions & expectations.
