Removing wet materials

SERVPRO can offer many services, one being that we will removed all wet material and spray antimicrobial which kills mold spores.  We helped an older lady whose hot water heater pipe broke and flooded her whole house.  The carpet was a shag type and full of water.  So we removed the carpet, pad, and placed equipment to dry the floor and walls. She was so grateful to have the water out and that we saved her furniture.  Making our customers happy and comfortable while we are there is extremely important, and we will strive to relieve any extra stress involved.
