Busy department store in Fresno, CA

We received a call from a department store in Fresno that a customer had an accident in the bathroom, and the janitorial staff refused to clean the affected area. The waste sat for 48 hours after the incident happened. When we received the call, the store manager wanted SERVPRO to come as soon as possible. We were quick to responded and arrived within 30 minutes. Personal protective equipment was worn and the area was cleaned with SERVPRO Green, a cleaning detergent, and Benefect, a sanitizer. Even though the bio-hazard sat for an extended period of time, we were able to clean it "Like it never even happened."
