Mold underneath stairs

After having a water loss that was not mitigated correctly in Fresno, the home owner found growth under their stairs.  Concerned that her 2 million dollar home would never be the same, wisely her Insurance agent told her to call SERVPRO of Fresno Northwest.  After putting up a very impressive containment (see photo in photo gallery) to insure no spores would travel through the house, SERVPRO of Fresno Northwest proceeded with the remediation.  Wearing their PPE suits, our technicians proceeded with properly cleaning with an antimicrobial.  SERVPRO set HEPA filtration equipment to clean the air. Once this process was complete, an encapsulant was applied.
