So my washing machine decided to pop a hole in the bottom of the tub and began filling my house with water. It damaged all of my laminate flooring in hallways and entry and started going into the bedrooms. After calling my insurance company, they directed me to SERVPRO as an option for cleanup. Brian from SERVPRO Fresno showed up last night about 8pm or so. He was very professional and informative about the process and what he was doing. He set the expectations for the next day and when he would communicate with us. He stayed true to follow up and called before arriving with the owner of the company the next day. They removed all of the damaged material and started the fans and dehumidifier to dry things out. They are taking photos of everything and doing readings of the walls to see what are still damp. They plan to return daily until this matter is completely resolved. In a very frustrating situation of a damaged home, the folks at SERVPRO of Fresno really lightened the load. I would definitely use them again in a heartbeat. Call them. You won't regret it!

My washing machine broke and flooded my whole apartment. Within an hour on a Sunday afternoon, SERVPRO was there. Shawn and Brian were excellent to work with and went above and beyond to help us with this unfortunate situation. 

It is good to know there are professionals who are friendly and courteous out there who are ready to help when you need it most.

Diedre and Shawn were amazing and saved us big time! We had a huge flood downstairs that completely soaked the entire carpeting and flooring. They came out within an hour and were able to salvage the carpet and also helped us figure out how to store all of the furniture. It was so wonderful to have someone be so helpful and supportive in our time of need when we didn't know what to do. I would highly recommend them and their excellent service.

Having any type of damage to your home can be stressful and this company was very professional, reasonably priced and honest.  We had a few companies who were dishonest about repairs needed to get more money and a few that didn't even show up when you took the day off work.

My husband and I are buying an older home, and are worried about a musty smell.  The woman I spoke with was so nice and helpful in how to approach the issue, before rushing a spending a lot of money.  She was not trying to push their services, rather, encouraged us to look into the issue and then to reach back out once we had a better idea.  

Needless to say, after our home inspection if we need any services related to mold cleanup, or duct cleaning, we will definitely be choosing SERVPRO.

We needed to have some mold removed from our garage caused by a hot water heater leak. Everyone at this company was extremely helpful, professional and worked with us to get the job done. 
They even built the new stand off site and installed it and put up the new drywall a day ahead of schedule because the plumber is scheduled for tomorrow morning. They came out everyday to verify if the wood was dry.

A condo can be a great place to live, but you also get to share in your neighbors problems. Water to be exact. But SERVPRO made it "Like it never even happened." for me. They even saved my oak hardwood floors. 

The apartment above me had a broken pipe which leaked into my apartment. It was 6pm on Friday night and I was asked to completely move out for one week so that repairs could be made; yikes! My insurance company said, "Call SERVPRO ", they'll be able to help you. They arrived  at my apartment within the hour and had the entire apartment cleared by 10pm. Cleaned and returned everything on time. They even set-up my cable for me.

Just purchased my dream cabin in Bass Lake. Received a call from my painter informing me that my cabin was flooded. I had only owned the place for 3 days... On Sunday night June 1, 2015 our washing machine stuck on "fill." I woke at midnight to find over half the home filled with a half inch of water. I immediately called SERVPRO Northwest Fresno. We came home after vacation to find our toilet had been running and had flooded most of our house. We called SERVPRO of Fresno Northwest,the owner was excellent in his directions & expectations.
